[SOSlib-devel] sens.anal. for selected parameters

Hi,

I have just commited code that allows to select parameters for 
sensitivity analysis. It seems to work fine so far and does not break 
interfaces. The old version, i.e. sens.anal. for all constants of the 
model, is now a default case.

Tomorrow I will add the capability for sensitivity analysis for initial 
conditions. James discovered that this should be a straight-forward 
extension to the existing code.

Eryk: you might be interested in that, as these sensitivities to initial 
  conditions are used for the Fisher information matrix, right?
We so far didn't know that it would be such an easy extension to current 
sens.analysis. If you have implemented a separate capability for 
calculating these sensitivities, maybe you can help us verify results.
