#1 Errors in SBML2LaTeX

1. Notes are not displayed. (But they are in the PDF version obtained directly from BioModels.)

2. Equations are displayed differently by the SBML2Latex versions I can access compared to the one the BioModels repository appears to use. (The "Derived Rate Equations" are displayed much better by the version that BioModels is using.)

I've noticed a number of other things that SBML2Latex doesn't do quite right;

1. InitialAssignments give the equation, units etc. but not the Symbol the value is actually being assigned to;

2. For species, the flag "HasOnlySubstanceUnits" doesn't appear to be shown anywhere in the Latex output.

3. Quantities that are set by an IntialAssignment aren't shown as such. For example, a compartment volume assigned via an InitialAssignemnt isn't listed as having the correct volume.
