#223 Change KEGG to ChEBI in examples

page 94 line 29, as an example we use "urn:miriam:kegg.compound:C00076". Since KEGG is now commercial, we should use "http://identifiers.org/chebi/CHEBI:29108"

On page 93 line 46, we also quote KEGG. I propose to use Wikipathways instead: "http://identifiers.org/wikipathways/WP179"

EDIT: removed 'obo' in above URL, as per comments.

    This issue has been fixed in SVN, and will be part of the upcoming release of SBML L3v2.

    However, there are still other references to KEGG in the spec--do we want to change those, too?
