SBML L3v1Core p.36 line 2:
The text states that the type of attribute 'id' is UnitSIdRef, but in fact it is UnitSId.
I agree with the proposed change and that it should be done.
I would call this a typo, particularly since the UML diagram has it right, the text description in the rest of the paragraph makes it clear that the point is that the id is there to be referred to, and the fact that the syntactical restrictions on UnitSId and UnitSIdRef are identical.
Moving his to status 'Pending' and adding it to the list of known errata at http://sbml.org/Documents/Specifications/SBML_Level_3/Version_1/Core/Confirmed_issues_in_the_Level_3_Version_1_Core_Specification
Fixed in SVN for L3v2, and will be part of the forthcoming release of that specification.
