Hi again , I checked your fixes into the SBLIM CVS . If it compiles ok now , I will build a new tar.gz version 1.0.3 for ' fsvol ' . Thanks for your support :-) . Its fun to work with you . To your question regarding the linking of the cimlvm1 shared lib . Under Linux you have the possibility to compile your sources without being forced to have all symbols available at compile time . But at execution time you have to make sure , that all necessary libraries are in the $LD_LIBRARY_PATH . I used this feature and everything went fine on my machine . But you are right - this could force compile problems . We plan a packaging support for our modules , so I will keep your hint in mind . ... heidi Mfg / Regards Heidi Neumann Linux Technology Center - Systems Management - IBM Laboratory Boeblingen - Germany - Sch=F6naicher Str. 220 - 71032 - B=F6blingen Phone : ++49 (0) 7031 / 16 - 3193 hei...@de... http://oss.software.ibm.com/developerworks/projects/sblim/ __________________ Hi again, I fixed the fsvol/lvm as well. Same kind of typos.(I didn't test this y= et. so be aware... In `lvm/makefile.pegasus' I replaced`-lCimLVM' with `-lcimlvm, since the compiler (well, `ld') complained. But shouldn't `libcimlvm1' be linked in as well? Also, to compile `cimlvm{1}.c' in th= e first place I temporarily commented out `-lcimlvm' as well as all the `LVM*.c'. ;-) For the providers involviong NPIMethodProvider I just left them out for= now. This time I _didn't_ send you all the libs...
