#2655 Content-length must be ignored when Transfer-encoding present

RFC2616, section 4.4 Message Length, item #3 states the following:

If a message is received with both a
Transfer-Encoding header field and a Content-Length header field,
the latter MUST be ignored.

This is not currently being done by the Java CIM Client.

    Patch sent for community review. During a 2 week period any exploiter may comment on the patch, request changes or turn it down completely (with good reason). For the time being the patch is part of the "Experimental" branch in CVS.

    As a side benefit, a ChunkedInputStream will no longer also be BoundedInputStream and vice versa, so there will be one less InputStream wrapper around CIMOM input
