IPv6 support is currently a compile-time option. In the years since this option was added, IPv6 support has become more prevalent. The only real reason to not enable it is if the kernel does not have support for it. Since this is increasingly unlikely, let's swap --enable-ipv6 for --disable-ipv6 going forward (SFCB 1.4 and beyond).
