This patch was designed for an internal IBM project to provide greater flexibility for sfcb trace facility. This patch enables dynamic control of sfcb trace flags after deamon start by mapping the sfcb_trace_mask to share memory. It also enables sfcb trace to output to syslog (allowing remote syslog) by using the most significant trace mask bit to control output switch to syslog (from file based or stderr).
