#2215 nfsv3 - 1.1.1 use file permissions from proper config file

Following items to fix.
1. Changes in 1.1.1 use /var/lib/nfs/etab if it exists. When finding the file permission, refer to the config file used.
2. nocrossmnt should be no_crossmnt
3. instance2string should handle the additional properties acl, crossmnt, allsquash if available
