Following improvements will be included in the scripts:

- logging features
- ownership and permissions of output when scanning to a file
- limited config error handling

We have a web page. Simple and informative, not too badly looking.

This is Scanner Button Daemon Handler Scripts' first release.

The included functions and options are pretty basic and stick to one device and a couple of popular applications that can be usefull on scanner button presses.
