Hi, this is just a small patch to add mkstemp(3) to sb-posix:
I tested it on Debian Sarge with a fresh build of 0.8.18:
(let* ((fd (sb-posix:mkstemp "gooXXXXXX"))
(stream (sb-sys:make-fd-stream fd :output t)))
(print "foo" stream)
The file /tmp/gooDvvEyW was created with mode -rw------- and content
"foo" which is the expected behavior.

Thank you. I merged this into sbcl-0.9.0.11.
(For small patches like this, I think I prefer them in the message --
either inline or as an attachment -- so that people can offer up
comments without having to work too hard.)
