could you please apply the following patch to the SBCL source tree?
I finally went down to setting up a netbsd 2.0 chrooted environment to
build an official sbcl binary release for NetBSD/macppc, and the only
obstacle was that: NetBSD 2.0 didn't have grantpt() and friends.
Now, I have to wait a month to provide a fresh sbcl 1.0.10 binary
