On LINUX, I've done some work on localization of the problem. It is
related to my custom SBCL build. I added two custom features,
:sb-fluid and :sb-xref-for-internals. Also it depends on precense of
:debug 3 declaration.
Now I'll rebuild my Linux binary carefully and try once more. Maybe
something was wrong with my build. If problem is reproduced, I post
it. Test case now requires only the SWANK.
Hopefully understanding the Linux case will spill the light on Windows case.
