Here's a "WORKSFORME" patch for sb-bsd-sockets to get
socket-send. I also commented out the flag MSG-NOSIGNAL for
socket-receive; that flag is meant for send*() only, not for
receiving. Receiving never signals SIGPIPE.
It's done blindly, basically cloned from socket-receive. I'm not a
master of alien stuff, someone might be able to spot a few flaws here
Diff taken from Debian Sarge's source, I have no idea whether
sb-bsd-sockets has moved on, or even has socket-send already =/
