Thanks to Alexey's comments, I've gone back and looked at my patch a
little more closely; the (LDB (BYTE 32 0) ...) idiom was not necessary
to gain maximum benefit in all the cases which I applied it (doh!).
So this patch does virtually the same as my last one (no assembly
support for the Mersenne Twister on x86 and small reformattings and
thinkos in src/code/target-random.lisp) with less noise.
