Here's an addition to the comment about constraints for the order of
the lowtags in early-objdef.lisp; although the previous constraint
(about NIL) is likely to make it always true, it's probably better to
make it explict.

I merged this and the "CATCH and gc" patch into 0.7.1.22. Thank you.
(And AFAIK, I have no pending patches remaining. As usual, anyone who
