[Sbcl-bugs] 2.2.8 fails to build on armel,armhf,arm64

Hello,

Debian is seeing 2.2.8 fail to build on ARM architectures, with this
error:

      cd ./doc/manual && make
    
    To install SBCL (more information in INSTALL):
    
      sh install.sh
    
    //build started:  Sun Sep  4 22:32:54 UTC 2022
    //build finished: Sun Sep  4 22:49:23 UTC 2022
    ./install.sh
    /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/stage1
    cp: cannot create regular file '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/stage1/lib/sbcl/../../tlsf-bsd/tlsf/tlsf.o': No such file or directory
    make[1]: *** [debian/rules:54: override_dh_auto_build] Error 1
    make[1]: Leaving directory '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>'
    make: *** [debian/rules:45: binary-arch] Error 2

Looks like a bug in install.sh, hopefully obvious to you.  Thanks.
