There appears to be no cc in your path.

Would it be possible to make this look for gcc when cc isn't present? MinGW doesn't link cc to gcc by default.

At any rate, I added a link for cc, and then got this in sb-bsd-sockets:

cc: CreateProcess: No such file or directory

Only sb-concurrency should fail the tests build.
