By the way, can I ask, is there SSE support on x86 platforms in sbcl? I am asking, because I found SSE related code in src/runtime/bsd.c (in freebsd_init() there is code lines, which switch SSE detection on if instruction_sse sysctl is set), but is seems, what SBCL produces no SSE code.

Upstream is really at sourceforge, though github is a mirror; I prefer
to take patches by e-mail, ideally as a well-constructed patch series
where each patch does one thing (but if it's all in one go, that's fine

I am interested insofar as fixing threads on Dragonfly might reveal
issues that are latent elsewhere, but I can't really help here.
