Other than downloading the demo of bwgen and opening a file, then transfering the parameters to Sbagen (which I've done for a couple), I doubt it. Possibly someone might reverse engineer the data in a .bwg file, but a quick glance at one shows that it's a safe distance from the text files that sbagen reads. One of the things that makes bwgen a bit more user friendly is that parameters for various background sounds can be defined; these settings all go into a .bwg file. Also, it uses a different model for combining souunds in sequence. I think sbagen is more powerful, albeit more demanding on the user; but the difference in how they achieve their results doesn't seem like a conversion utility could bridge the gap.
