#3 Endless loop bug and ?fix?

If Listen to Clipboard is checked,
and Empty clipboard is not checked,
Sayz Me will keep reading what is in clipboard in an
endless loop.

Will the following code fix the problem?
(And if it doesn't, could you do something like this
that would actually work?)

Changes have asterisks in front of them.
