Saxon.NET (now Saxon on .NET) is a fully fledged member of the Saxonica
family now.  If you visit

the proper list. (I've Cc'd the Saxon-Help list to act as a reference point)

Once you have, if you can simply ask your question again, then we can make
sure that things are going through the proper channels.
