Although text/xml and application/xml are the only "valid" media types for
xslt documents at the moment it is very likely that application/xslt+xml
will become the standard xslt media type (sometimes ;-)
(see also RFC3023 [http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3023.txt] section 8.17)
However, this media type is currently not recognized by Saxon's
I request adding support for the application/xslt+xml media type to Saxon.
I guess everything that has to be done is adding the statement
to the net.sf.saxon.PIGrabber class around line 75.

I suspect that should not be there at all: Mikes book (p106) mentions
that IE5 expects text/xsl, but the standard only talks about */xml.
