Please provide the ad click URL, if possible:
says the result type is 'item() ?' while the specification
<URL:http://www.w3.org/TR/xpath-functions/#func-one-or-more> says it is
'item()+'. I think the Saxon documentation is wrong, unless Saxon's
implementation of one-or-more deviates from the spec.
