I'm afraid I don't know what facilities Eclipse provides to allow you to
control transformations: I'm not an Eclipse user. But I thought it had such
facilities, for example you could write an Ant task and invoke that. It may
be better to ask on an Eclipse forum.
Saxon's command line interface allows you to process all the files in a
directory using the same stylesheet, but not using different stylesheets.
You really need to control this from some higher-level application language.
