In that case you are using the command line.
And run the command line " C:\JavaProjects>Saxon sample.xml

You don't need to move the xerces.jar, file, you just need to include its
full file name in the CLASSPATH, e.g.
Then run Saxon with
saxon -x org.apache.xerces.parsers.SAXParser sample.xml sample.xsl
