Subject: [saxon] Day name from dateTime with time zone adjustment

I have a dateTime of  2004-10-17T22:54:43 which happens to be about 10:54PM on Sunday, October 17th here in USA, California Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). When I use that date-time in the expression:

format-dateTime(dt_time, '[FNn,3-3] [MNn,*-3] [D] - [h]:[m99] [P]')

where dt_time element contains 22004-10-17T22:54:43 I get:

Mon Oct 17 - 10:54 p.m.

However, Oct 17th appears to be Sunday on my paper calendars.

Saxon 7.8, Java 1.4.2_04, Win 2000.

Thanks,

Roger Kovack
