The xs:decimal type wrongly rejects a supplied value of the form ".000" (with any number of zeroes after the leading decimal point), with the error message: Cannot convert string ".0" to xs:decimal: Zero length BigInteger

A patch is being raised for the 9.1 and 9.2 branches. (module net.sf.saxon.value.DecimalValue)
