#1206 xsl:template match="node()" mode="#all"
An xsl:template rule with match="node()" and mode="#all" is being ignored; it isn't copied to the set of rules known to each specific named mode in the stylesheet. This problem exists in 9.4 and 9.3 and quite possibly in earlier releases. A patch for 9.4 and 9.3 is being raised in Subversion.
