#7 Adding an "ext" DefaultHandler

I have noticed that several packages (including
AElfred) create a default handler class that does
nothing but implement the extension interfaces. Would
it be helpful to create an ExtendedDefaultHandler
class and add it to the org.xml.sax.ext package?

This way the Extended behavior is isolated from
existing "default" helper classes.

CVS (main trunk) now has a "DefaultHandler2".
javadoc is on the website too.
    It doesn't know about Attributes2 or Locator2
interfaces; it might learn about them later.
