Improving params handing. params(orbital_period) is time around the Sun.

With all-maps, the less useful sinusoidal and cylindrical map projections
are also shown as menu options in the coverage pane.

No-one uses sinusoidal, and cylindrical is far less useful than the
unprojected map added later.

The original map projections in SaVi 1.0 are now deprecated.
