Tweaks to texturemapping text.

Making dynamic texturemapping more visible - if running Geomview, turning it on
will set up the coverage window and render coverage to the sphere.

Noting that multiline comments will mess this optimization up.

Adding 'shades of grey' option useful for black-and-white papers.

only load in small maps if the width matches.

Now that we can switch between no-map random sizes and maps,
back to calloc to make sure memory is clear for when we don't
find a bitmap.

We can do bigger, slower custom texturemaps!

Adding in coverage panel Display submenu for map sizes. Adding
a custom map option -- this is still not clear at low map sizes;
slight bug.

Removing unused global variables, detected by a script I wrote myself.
So proud!

Need to be careful in procedures that source tcl scripts, because
the globals might be needed by those scripts...
