Noting demise of LeoSat.

-ansi is now evil, as under recent gcc it interacts with
non-posix file redirection to break Geomview interaction.
So, we remove even commented mentions of it, and we will
never speak of it again.

Turning off unecessary drawing of orbital planes for all but first satellite in a plane. Speedup,
already implemented in most scripts.

Why we're not simulating 42,000 satellites...

noting launch flag in string for about 'obeyed' section.
Whether -verbose is only obeyed if running -geomview or -fake-geomview
or is not included if they're not run -- or whether it also specifies
a more verbose debug -- is still up for debate.

Adding -verbose flag, where comments are sent to geomview.
this is useful for detauled logging when savi is run standalone
with ./savi -fake-geomview -verbose > oogl.log

Minor speedup - don't send comments down pipe to Geomview.
We probably need a verbose flag to control this.
Also look into what happens when we run geomview -run ./savi -fake-geomview
as output is unusual - probably because some init code is skipped.
