After a bit more testing, tweaked the phase offset. Looking
at 40 deg elevation gives best ground for adjustment.

Modifications to the SpaceX Starlink simulation to try and match their new filing
with the FCC.

Adds Antarctica stations.

Fleshing out African locations in fisheye submenu.
