SaVi satellite constellation visualizer sat-plot-scripts

Fixing time labelling - first line is space-delimited,
then we convert to number by adding zero to strip newline char.

Adding demonstration of integration with SaVi.

Map improvements, checking files load from SaVi 1.6.

(-file option is a bit clunky - would be nice to fix.)

detection, which is at best arcane in perl.

altering fig generation scripts to use a proper
tempfile in a temporary location.

Removing errant -6 line that throws an error

Adding exec so that shell script doesn't hang around

Updating README -nonum to -nolabels.

-nonum becomes -nolabels now that we get names from SaVi.
