[savi] SaVi 1,.5.1a released

SaVi 1.5.1a is just a quick repackage to add a gcc switch
so that SaVi compiles and links as before on gcc 10 and 11.

If you already have SaVi working, you don't need this.

New features continue to be added slowly in beta at
