A new SaVi development beta release is out.

This includes a simulation of the RADARSAT constellation,and adds a -verbose flag to restore the OOGL comments that areno longer sent to Geomview as unnecessary - useful fordebugging geomview interaction, with 
./savi -fake-geomview > oogl.log

(I'm debugging Geomview because adding colour choices toindividual satellites turns out to require some reworkingof how Geomview defines each satellite...)
