This adds a Telesat simulation. Their geometry doesnot seem well optimised, but is as close to thepatent application description as I think I can get it.

SpaceX have recently filed with the FCC to changetheir constellation geometry - again - but I haven'tyet found that paperwork to modify the Starlink
simulation. "Why bother, it will only change again"is my thought...
