#1 Setting up the compare routine

In order to view both the "current" results, and the
results from the previous compare, there must be two
named instances of the BinaryFile class. Currently, the
method used is to open the first file twice. The fix action
should be relatively simple. I used this workaround to
get the product developed more quickly, and for most
save files the user probably cannot tell the difference.
This could however become a performance factor when
opening larger files (over 500k).
