[Savant-discuss] How do I use my own domain names

I have Savant up and running but how do I use my own domain name which I
have hosted out there for an expense.
Is it possible to use that domain name instead of long name of my IP
service?  I would like to stop paying so 
much for hosting when it is just for personal use.  
 
I signed up at dhs.org, but don't know what I am supposed to do there.
 
This server stuff is all new to me, but I'm learning.
