[Savant-discuss] message boards how to get working?

hi all,

how does one get a message board working on windows 98se using savant
or indigoperl (apache and perl combo) etc... im running into all sorts
of problems such as 501 or internal server errors or forbidden errors
..i believe it has to dowith the flock command! ive tried running
ikonboard,teemz, and also yabb with the same results! any solutions
would be appreciated. and yes i have simple scripts working with
apaches server and savant server!
