#55 Start Menu Option in the Setup doesn't work

When I was installing Savant 3.1 on a 1.735 GHz AMD,
768MB RAM comp running Windows XP w/ Service Pack 1, I
changed the default option of where to place the
shortcut in the Program Folders from "Savant Web
Server" to "Administrative Tools\Savant". After the
install, it placed the shortcut at the default
location, and ignored where i told it to install.
