Two years, and this bug has not yet been resolved!!!.
I have just tested the software at downloading a 57Mb file and
it works correctly. However, it will NOT allow downloading of
a 130Mb file. Operating system is Windows 2000 pro with
the latest (Nov 2005) patches.
Symptoms: When attempting to download the larger file
through Internet Explorer, I.E. times out (leaving a 0-byte file
in the download directory). On the server side, Savant locks
the download file, so any attempt at manipulating the file from
then onwards will generate a Sharing violation.
