I am using savant 3.1 with windows 2000 and I noticed if
I delete an existence virtual path in path menu then click
applied buttion. After delete the virtual path I then add a
new virtual path then click apply button and OK button.
I then refresh the IE and click on the new link to a new
virtual path I just added. The IE shows It cant find the
server.
It only happened when the virtual path in a defined folder
with user. the allow anyone option is OK and it find it
right away. I have to unstall the Savant and reinstall
inorder to add the new path with cautions.
Another problem I noticed is if I installed the Savant into
a sub-dir it won't work. It only allows in the main root
as "C:" or "D:".
The wish list for the next version is automatic start up
after Windows starts, and it can minimize also.

I can help you with one thing .. You can put Savant in the
Startup folder, then right click on the entry, go to properties,
choose Minimized in the Run dropdown. It will autostart and
minimize to the tray on reboot. For Win95/98, do these
steps within Start/Settings/Taskbar & Start Menu/Advanced
tab. -Grant
