the most likely reason for this error message is that the name of a file or directory is too long: the Joliet format does not accept more than 64 characters for a file/directory name.
I am working on a feature to shorten names automatically for the Joliet format (this is already implemented for ISO 9660), but it might take a while. In the mean time, the workaround is to shorten the file names manually.
