#1 Missing dll

The Windows version of SARC, 'winsarc1.1-bin.zip', is
missing a file named 'all3940.dll'. After installing
on a Windows 2000 machine and running I got a runtime
error ("Unable to Locate DLL - The dynamic link
library all3940.dll could not be found in the
specified path ..."). Assuming by the name of the file
and looking at the source code that file was needed by
allegro I was able to find it here:

Extracting 'all3940.dll' and putting it in the same
directory as 'winsarc.exe' I was able to get the
program to run.
