[Sapid-community] Sapid install.php on windows

Hi list,

this may be an obvious problem,=20
but I am stuck here; I also could not=20
find an entry in the list:

I am  trying to install sapid v1.2.0
on windows, apache2 + php 5.

when executing install.php in the browser
it is lacking write permissions to users.xml
and probably other files.
Do I need to care for these on a windows
system? What needs to be adjusted (in php.ini/sapid)?
