[Sapid-community] Character for breadcrumbs and navigation

where is this located?
My problem is that default > or whatever it is /or in other words character
between Sapid > Discussion/, doesn't display correctly under utf-8 so I need
to use another character, but unfortunately /my knowledge of php is quite
low/ I can't find this.
