#7 Add unicode support to folder and content?

I failed to input chinese in qc.content.value. I can
create folder with title in chinese. But the title will
become something like "%uED..." after updating. Now I
can only input chinese in qc.doctitle.value. Is it
possible to add suppport to chinese in content,folder
title and search?
