#16 Compatability IE versus Firefox

Sapid 1.2.3 Stable

1. Copy and paste functionality does not work in
ForeFox 1.0.7
Copy and paste in IE 6.0.29 works fine.

2. Buttons 'Open WYSIWIG tool panels', HTML/Code' and
'Clean HTML' do not appear in FireFox while they do in IE.

3. FireFox does present a complete different menu for
editing content text than IE.
